@GhostInTheShell29 Where are u? You obviously don’t have a good lawyer. Discrimination is illegal in all 50 states. And no, under W.C. laws (if u had a good lawyer as we do, you’d Know) they have to make up The Difference In Income….we even made Money on the deal!

@TheHAMMER77777 Its common practice around here. And legally if they have less then 50 employees, its perfectly legal they don’t have to beat around the bush and make up excuses, you get prego your gone.

By offering light duty, they can deny W.C. By giving just enough hours that you can’t collect partial unemployment, they can pay you a lot less then usual.

@GhostInTheShell29 nonsense..nobody can be Fired for being pregnant…and if someone gets hurt in any state (my wife just did), they get W.C. (unless of course the job has Light Duty-which hers didn’t-then W.C., or state disability would make up The Difference In Salary)..a lawyer Told me all this..we got one…Know your rights

@theRightizright overbearing oppression of most the work force? If a company has less then 50 employees it can legally fire a woman for getting pregnant. Companies can require people to work up to 18 hour shifts. Worked a 17 hour shift on friday no breaks. If someone gets injured at my job there is no workers compensation, they get “light duty” work. But only for a couple hours a week so that way they can pay them almost nothing even if the company was at fault for their injury.

@theRightizright As for the housing market… Bailing out the rich.. is not a socialist endevour. The bubble was created in part by failed Bush policy’s so its not like the government wasn’t already meddling in it. As for student loans are you saying the government is intruding into a government program!? OMG! If banks want to give out government backed student loans the government has a right to set the terms.

@theRightizright How does Obama giving away billions of dollars of tax payer money to the banks, and giving them interest free loans equate to a government take over? Earth to the Right the banks are taking over the government not the other way around.

Health insurance… For all their meddling we didn’t get anything socially positive from it, haven’t figured out what the point in the meddling was to be honest.

But they still charge whatever they want so the industry didn’t get hurt.

Earth to ghost….earth to ghost….come in, ghost. Really, what part of the universe have you been living in? Certainly not here, where the liar-in-chief has set in motion the government takeover of the auto industry, the government takeover of the insurance world (1/6 of the U.S. economy, so I hear), government takeover of many banks, their intrusion into the (failed) housing market, student loans, overbearing oppression of most of the work force–are you serious?

@theRightizright The president being a Liar only supports my case that he’s not a socialist, or very liberal. As he’s lied about all the liberal things he was going to do. Other then ending don’t ask don’t tell.

Wouldn’t a radical agressive president Have achieved a bit more then that in 3 years? I mean seriously? Your nuts man.

I see what he’s doing is generally the same as Bush, maintaining the status quo.

@GhostInTheShell29

That’s right. Ignore the facts I posted, and make accusations and allegations that lie-berals have been throwing at their enemies (conservatives) for decades. Drink more koolaid. This ‘president’ is the liar of the century. YES, he’s pro union. YES, he’s radically, aggressively, a progressive liberal socialist. You’re willingly blind if you haven’t seen what he’s doing. And YES, he kept President Bush’s tax cuts in place, because he LIED about him, and them.

Comment from GhostInTheShell29
Time 2012年1月27日 at 10:55 AM

@theRightizright So he gives 700 billion to the major banks, keeps all the bush era tax cuts in place, keeps all the bush era subsidies to big business in place, helps the big pharmacuetical, and insurance companies rape us even more..

And you still think he’s pro union, and pro socialist? He hasn’t helped pass any legislation to help out unions.

All votes are bought with money.. Not really a fair criticism could bush have won without big oil? or the MIC.. no..

@GhostInTheShell29

The kenyan is a liar of liars. He is a socialist’s socialist. He is a thief, a criminal, and worse. Allow me to enlighten you as to what he does with our trillions: He recycles our money, through handouts and special privilege to unions, who in turn pay dues, which support the jackass party, PLUS the grateful priviliged turn around and vote for lie-berals. Buying votes with OUR money. He’s not the first, but he’s definitely the worst. The only place for him is OUT.

@1blackdeath51501 However if you still think the mega corporations and banks that own this country are trying to turn it into a Marxist state……. Then you still are completely lost as to what this very large group of multi millionares, and billionares are trying to do.

Obama cut taxes on the rich, Obama cut social funding, Obama gave billions to banks and corporations… Not exactly a marxist dude. Bush did same thing, but mostly gave to oil companies, and defense companies.

@1blackdeath51501…. Oh.. Just realized I am in the wrong here… Thought i remembered the manifesto pretty well, and since when you google it you get nothing but propganda bullshit sites. I made a wrong assumption that they were totally off.

@GhostInTheShell29 I’ve read the book because I like figuring out things for myself, and what I believe in, and the ten planks is the summerization of his book and ideals, and no, I’m a libertarian, trying to get the last hope of america elected, ron paul.

Comment from GhostInTheShell29
Time 2012年1月27日 at 2:13 PM

@1blackdeath51501 Marx never wrote the ten planks, why it isn’t in his manifesto, and why theres no mention of it historically until recent times.

Aren’t you being a sheeple by blindly believing what people tell you he wrote without ever bothering to read it yourself.

Look it up. Its not hard.

Comment from GhostInTheShell29
Time 2012年1月27日 at 2:57 PM

@1blackdeath51501 Again, Marx didn’t write the ten planks. How can they confiscate all the private property of emigrants and rebels, if all private property was abolished in plank 1?

Also most communist countries have concepts like private property, other then possibly north korea to some extent, but even their there is still rich and poor.

I’m just a sheeple because i can comprehend english… Your spouting nonsenical lies, easily disproved lies.

Comment from 1blackdeath51501
Time 2012年1月27日 at 3:31 PM

@GhostInTheShell29 what marx meant on the 4th plank is to confiscate all of the property and turn it into government owned, but aperantly you can’t see the truth to what the facts are, just another sheeple…

Comment from GhostInTheShell29
Time 2012年1月27日 at 3:49 PM

@1blackdeath51501 Also just googled ten planks… to see what you meant….. Karl Marx didn’t write the ten planks of communism….

Nor do most communist countries follow them. Most communist countries have personal property… They also have inheritance, some like north korea… don’t provide almost any education at all, and uses child labor.

Also how can a country follow plank 4… if its following plank 1… Thats physically impossible.

Comment from GhostInTheShell29
Time 2012年1月27日 at 4:11 PM

@1blackdeath51501 Have you ever read the communist manifesto?…. None of those countries follow its principles.
They all have authoritarian governments… which isn’t communistic if you define communism by marx’s manifesto.

China has massive economic divides rich-poor, and a partially free market… not communist.
North Korea has very few wealthy people, but also massive divide not communist.
Cuba’s probably the closest example but even then people still have personal property.

Comment from 1blackdeath51501
Time 2012年1月27日 at 4:29 PM

@GhostInTheShell29 oh, so china or korea or cuba are communist? how odd, since I swear they go by the communist manifesto, they have all ten planks, so why are they all sooooo bad? oh I forgot, communism sucks. and most of european countries are social democracy’s they were socialist back during the early 1900′s but not know, they’re worse of now, lol.

Comment from GhostInTheShell29
Time 2012年1月27日 at 5:11 PM

@1blackdeath51501 Also no communist countries are communist as marx would define it. Most socialist countries have remained socialist for decades now. Look at europe… none of them became communist (other then countries conquered by the USSR…. which isn’t communist in practice just in name.
